Recipe: Banana Bread Protein Ice Cream

This is one of our favorites! It tastes exactly like it sounds and it has a ton of protein. We hope you love this one as much as we do.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (or honey for sweetness)
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chopped pecans (for mix-in, optional)
  • 1 tbsp graham cracker crumbs (for mix-in, optional)


  • Directions

  • Add all ingredients except the walnuts and graham crackers into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour mixture into a Ninja Creami cup and freeze for 24 hours.
  • Remove the frozen mixture and place on the Creami. Blend on the Lite Ice Cream setting. 
  • If it doesn't come out smooth, add a tbsp of milk and Respin it.
  • Add in the pecans and graham crackers if desired and use the Mix-In feature of the Creami.
  • Remove from the Creami and enjoy!
