Recipe: Raspberry Cheesecake Protein Ice Cream

At 420 calories and over 45 grams of protein, this recipe is a tasty frozen treat. It might take a few more specialty ingredients compared to other protein ice cream recipes we have, but it really is tasty. Give it a try and let us know what you think!





Ingredients
  • 1 cup skim milk

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • a splash of vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp SF cheesecake pudding mix
  • 2 tbsp plain greek yogurt

  • ½ cup fresh raspberries

  • 1 graham cracker

Directions
  • Blend together the milk, protein powder, vanilla extract, cream cheese, pudding mix, and greek yogurt.
  • Add the blended mixture to a Creami cup and freeze for 24 hours.
  • Remove from freezer, and place on the Creami, hitting the Lite Ice Cream button. If it doesn't come out smoothly, add a tbsp of milk and hit Re-spin.
  • Add in the majority of your raspberries, along with the crumbled graham cracker, place the Creami onto the mixer, then hit Mix-In.
  • Top with additional raspberries and graham crackers and enjoy!
